Please read the school policy concerning driving lessons, road tests, deposits & cancellations.

Before you sign up for any of our services, you must have a valid learner permit.
You Need to bring your Learner’s Permit to take any driving lessons.
Your instructor will ask to see your learner’s permit to be allowed to drive legally.

Students must come to the office for their lesson. We do not provide a pick-up service.

DRIVING LESSONS:

Appointments for lessons are made on a reserved basis. To reserve time, a minimum forty-nine dollars ($49.00) deposit is required in advance for an individual lesson. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a forty-nine-dollar ($ 49) penalty.

To cancel lessons, students must use the cancel lesson button on the Drive Scout App.

If the student runs late, the instructor will wait up to 20 minutes. The student at that time will either take the remaining
time or lose the lesson. The total amount of the lesson will be charged, and the class cannot be rescheduled.

  1.  Students must ensure all lessons from their package are reserved before the road test. We cannot guarantee availability on specific dates or times.
  2.  If partial payments are selected, packages must be paid in full before 50% of the package services have been rendered.
  3.  Please wait for the instructor if you have a driving lesson and the office is closed. If the instructor is running a few minutes late, please wait. Instructors are booked back-to-back basis and will return for your appointment. If you leave, you will be charged for the lesson. Driving lessons start at our office unless otherwise agreed with the office in writing. INSTRUCTOR DELAYS Although we strive to be on time for every appointment, unforeseeable circumstances may delay the start of a lesson (e.g., traffic). When an instructor is late, the time will be added to the end of the class or a future lesson.

 

ROAD TEST

  1. A Ninety-five dollars ($95) deposit is required in advance to reserve a car for a road test. Cancellations must be made five days in advance to avoid a $20 dollars penalty.
  2.  Cancellation within three days (3) in advance will have a penalty of $40 dollars.
  3. A cancellation within two days in advance will have a penalty of $55 dollars.
  4. Failure to appear for a scheduled road test appointment no-show will be charged in full. Ninety -five dollars ($95)

 

PAYMENT POLICIES:

Payment is due before starting the program. There is also an option to pay in installments. From any other service for which prepayment has been made, or if the school is unable or unwilling to complete such prepaid course of instruction or series of lessons, or to provide such other prepaid service, all payments made by the student to the school shall be refunded.

Except: (i) the enrollment fee of $10 or 10% of the contract amount (whichever is greater) and (ii) the school’s perlesson/class tuition charge

For each lesson/class already received. The student will receive an email or letter with the refund calculation up to 30 days
from the date of The request.

This agreement constitutes the contract between the school and the student, and no verbal statement or promises will be
recognized.
